Payment & Shipping

Online Payment (Razorpay) — Pay securely via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallets. Accepted for all order types including Made-to-Order and custom commissions. Payments are encrypted and processed by Razorpay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available for Ready-to-Ship items delivered within India. COD is not available for Made-to-Order pieces or custom commissions, which require advance payment online before work begins.

All prices are exclusive of GST. An 18% GST is added at checkout.

Paintings and other Ready-to-Ship pieces are hand-packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Both online payment and COD are accepted.

Tracking details are shared via email once your order is dispatched.

Apparel and wearable pieces (tops, kurti, dupattas) shown as "Made to Order" are produced after your order is placed. Production typically takes 10–20 business days from payment confirmation.

Payment terms: Full online payment is required at the time of order for Made-to-Order pieces. COD is not available for this category. If you need to cancel before production begins, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering.

Bespoke pieces — paintings commissioned to specific dimensions, motifs, or occasions — are handled as custom commissions and are not available for direct purchase through the shop.

Process:

1. Submit your enquiry via the Custom Order form.
2. We'll discuss your requirements and provide a quote within 3–5 business days.
3. An advance payment (amount agreed upon during consultation) is required to begin work.
4. The balance is due before dispatch.

Custom commissions are non-cancellable after work has begun.

India: Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000. A flat ₹250 shipping fee applies to orders below this amount. Delivered via courier within 5–10 business days of dispatch (metro cities) or 7–14 business days (other locations).

International: International shipping is available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We take care to pack all artwork and garments securely. Paintings are rolled and shipped in protective tubes; garments are folded and packed in tissue.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, minor variations in colour and detail compared to photographs are normal and not grounds for return.

Made-to-Order and custom commission pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from what was agreed in writing.
